We were approached by Bucher Municipal to support their marketing team; from day-to-day marketing tasks, to planning, creating and delivering integrated campaigns. Initially, Bucher’s marketing team required content creation for press releases, internal publications and design support to give their customer-facing publications a fresh look.

Once we had embedded ourselves within the Bucher team, we pitched and won the tender to work on three large-scale strategic product campaigns across their main product ranges – sweepers, winter maintenance and sewage.

The first campaign was a relaunch of their customer favourite compact sweeper, the C202. Tasked with reengaging their audience and showcasing the many benefits of this machine, our creative team came up with 'The Undisputed Champion’ message. At the concept stage, we needed to ensure that this bold, confident strapline had the evidence to support the campaign. Our content team set to work on a competitor analysis – looking at the product features and benefits to ensure we could utilise evidence that would resonate with the customer.

We split the messages into three areas, the machine’s performance, operator focused benefits and the wraparound customer service from Bucher. We then organised a photoshoot to capture these areas with a stand-out hero shot of the machine in the boxing ring to create a stand-out look to launch the campaign.

Our team created all the campaign assets from a direct mail piece with a ‘build your own’ pop-up C202, targeted landing page, print adverts, digital adverts to the demo vehicle’s livery and trade press releases.
