The first blueberry wine producer in England.

Tasked with developing the Blue Aurora brand and building a standalone website to attract high-end stores, we were able to help tell the story of these fine English Blueberry wines from the beginning of their journey.

We wanted to stay true to the story behind the Long Brothers innovative and sustainable creation.

With a nod to the traditional red/white/rose and ‘blue aurora’ being derived from the Northern Lights we explored an array of names based on natural light patterns to depict taste and texture. The labels provide a premium shelf appeal to differentiate them from fruit wines.

Teasing the taste buds.

The new identity was seamlessly mirrored across digital platforms with style guidelines and a photoshoot to provide a library of freshly shot images which focused on rustic lifestyle shots and dusky naturally lit environments to tempt the inquisitive.

Providing the tools ahead of their launch, we were able to put together a social user guide to include goals, content guidance, top tips and the nitty gritty terminology. Along with branded social media templates and user friendly social graphics to help the team with consistency across all channels.

A fresh new take on traditional cider.

Growing the product range online

Initially briefed as a ‘brochure style’ showcase website aimed at potential F&B buyers, the strategy had to change when the covid pandemic started.

A user-friendly eCommerce solution brought about the consumer-driven launch strategy with an affordable yet flexible content managed Craft CMS site, enabling the growth of the product range and business.

Shopify was integrated to give Blue Aurora a seamless user experience as well as advice on web policies, T&Cs, privacy policies and shipping terms to ensure all the necessary content was generated ahead of the launch.
