Everyone likes to do their bit for charity, and we really enjoy working with the guys and gals at Shine.
From creating newsletters to generating novel fundraising campaigns, by enhancing their messaging and creating a striking visual impact, we raise awareness of Shine and the fantastic work they do.
Shine is launching an annual cycling event at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough. The event, that will raise money for people affected by spina bifida and hydrocephalus, will have a family festival feel with entertainers and activities for all.
The design brief was to create a campaign encapsulating a happy, summery, family festival. We thoroughly enjoyed creating the branding and promotional marketing material for this event, we think the banners, posters and application forms look great and we're sure the event will be a huge success for Shine.
To coincide with its 50th anniversary Shine approached Dsquared to assist with the launch of their new exhibition. This new and unique exhibition brings to life the fascinating heritage of the medical conditions spina bifida and hydrocephalus, which have been around for thousands of years.
The exhibition showcases the early history, developments in support and treatment, and changing attitudes towards these complex conditions over the decades. A key feature was the personal experiences brought to life through photographs, artwork and oral histories.
Dsquared designed all the graphics for the exhibition, we worked closely with Marc Lupson who co-ordinated the event to ensure we could illustrate and display the stories, exhibits and history to maxiumum effect.
