Hoppi Dorri approached Dsquared for brand development work prior to launching their flagship restaurant in Stamford. We were tasked with creating stand-out designs, building a pre-launch community and generating a buzz to attract influencers.
After a couple of initial meetings, we quickly became part of the Hoppi Dorri team and were entrusted to scope each project as the brand developed prior to launch. The aim was to create a fully immersive customer experience including an engaging website, social media campaigns, launch night promotions and printed restaurant materials. Hoppi Dorri wanted to give a sense of a well-established brand without being pretentious, bringing together the quirky Asian inspired theme and injecting a soul and giving it a heart beat!
We pushed the brand to the next level by immersing ourselves in the Hoppi Dorri vision and Asian design culture, developing the brand to work across the suite of creative elements.
An agile costing process was set-up to allow the specification to evolve as the collateral was being produced, giving Hoppi Dorri a flexible solution to launch the restaurant within a tight deadline. We were involved in all aspects of the creative brand launch including: website design, shop frontage design, advert design, social media set-up and strategy, pre-launch competitions and restaurant literature production.
After four months of brand development, digital campaigns, print adverts and literature design, the Hoppi Dorri website was launched, two weeks prior to the restaurant opening.
