Scarab Sweepers approached us with a brief to launch their new electric compact sweeper, the E2, to a select audience of contacts and exhibition attendees, we recommended direct mail as the perfect channel to capture their prospects.

A giant leap

With several electric compact sweepers already in the marketplace and Scarab Sweepers following their competitors to launch their new addition, it was important to use this as a strength in the creative messaging. Rather than being an electric version of one of their existing diesel compact sweepers, the E2 has been built from the ground up, offering a patented battery swap system and winning the Red Dot Design Award 2024.

The E2 symbolises a significant milestone in the electric sweeper market, and we harnessed this by creating ‘One Giant Leap’ as the launch message. The Dsquared team wanted to showcase the E2 as being ahead of the curve; this is beyond evolution as a major advancement in the market. It also taps into Scarab Sweepers brand statement ‘Leave Nothing Behind.’

We recommended a DL slide mailer in a high-quality finish for the E2 launch communication. The slide effect cleverly visualises the swappable battery system, creating a lasting impression amongst potential customers.
